Delete your data

Strada doesn't use accounts or logins. Your game progress and settings are stored locally on your device, so deleting them is fast, complete, and entirely in your hands.

Option 1 — Delete in-game data on your device

    Open your device Settings and go to Apps (or Apps & notifications).

    Find and tap Strada in the list.

  3. 3

    Tap Storage & then Clear storage / Clear data. This permanently erases your saved progress on the device.

  4. 4

    To remove the game entirely, uninstall Strada. Uninstalling deletes all locally stored data.

Option 2 — Ask us to delete server-side data

We only hold a little information off-device: anonymous, aggregated analytics, plus your email address if you joined our newsletter or contacted support. To have any of that removed, email us and we'll take care of it.

Please send it from the email address you'd like removed. We'll confirm and complete deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleted
  • Local game progress, cities, and settings
  • Your newsletter/support email, on request
  • Any support correspondence, on request
Retained
  • Anonymous, aggregated analytics that can't identify you
  • Purchase records held by Google Play (managed by Google)
  • Records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons
