Terms of Use

1. Who provides Strada

The mobile game Strada (the “Game”) and the website dimana.studio are provided by Dimana, a small independent game studio (“Dimana”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). You can reach us at manish.s.narang@gmail.com. By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

2. Your licence to use the Game

Subject to these Terms, Dimana grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not transfer any ownership of the Game to you.

3. Things you agree not to do

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Game.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code, except where the law expressly permits it.
• Use cheats, exploits, automation, or modified clients to interfere with the Game or other players.
• Use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

4. Purchases & billing

Strada is free to try for the first week, after which a single one-time purchase unlocks continued play — there are no subscriptions and no in-app currencies. All purchases in the Game are processed through Google Play billing. When you buy, your payment is handled by Google under Google Play's Terms of Service; we do not see or store your full card or bank details.

Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy. If you have a billing problem or believe you were charged in error, contact us at manish.s.narang@gmail.com and we will help resolve it.

5. Intellectual property

The Game, including its code, artwork, audio, music, characters, and the names “Strada” and “Dimana”, is owned by Dimana and is protected by intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved.

6. Your content & conduct

You are responsible for how you use the Game and for any information you send us. If you contact us or sign up for updates, you agree to provide accurate details and not to submit unlawful or abusive content.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Game is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we handle and how you can request its deletion.

8. Availability & changes to the Game

We may update, change, or discontinue the Game (or any of its features) at any time. We aim to keep the Game working well but cannot guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. This does not affect any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dimana will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Game and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or end your licence to use the Game if you materially breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Game after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
